Part design

We can provide part design services if that is what you require. We utilize Pro-Engineer and have the experience to take your concept through into a full 3D solid model. If you desire, we can produce a wide variety of Rapid Prototype models, or prototype molds to verify your designs with hands on parts.

Mold Design

We design all of our molds completely in 3D solids. We then output all of the necessary files to our CAM department enabling them to machine directly from the same database, virtually eliminating the chance of error. Using the power of Pro-Engineer and tapping the combined experience and expertise of our entire staff, we have successfully designed and built molds that many people thought “couldn’t be done”!

Depicted below is a mold that we built involving (4) axis unscrewing.  In addition (2) of these axis had a hydraulic core pull through the center, with one of those also having an exterior mechanical slide thus totaling (3) mechanical actions all in that same axis.
